- Pot to boil liquid

- Cutting board

- Knife

Ingredients Needed:

- Cacao

- Water or milk alterative (we suggest coconut milk!)

- Dash of Salt (optional)

- Dash of Cinnamon (optional)

- Dash of Vanilla (optional)

- Maple Syrup (optional)

Instructions:

Measure out 7oz of water or a milk alternative and warm up to under boiling point (approx. 180 degrees)

Finely chop up Keith's Cacao - the finer the better! General rule of thumb is: (.5oz) for a pick me up :: (1oz) for an energy boost :: (1.5oz) for a deeper dive or intentional practice

Add all cacao to mason jar and add a very little bit of the warmed up liquid.

Shake well!

Open jar and add another little bit of warmed up liquid and shake well!

This will create a paste. The smoother the better. If you are finding lumps in the texture, repeat the last step and shake well.

Once you have the consistency you love, add the rest of the ingredients in, shake well & serve!
