Join us at the Island Free Library for a heart-opening cacao experience paired with guided meditation.

We’ll gather to nourish the mind, body, and spirit through ceremonial cacao, conscious connection, and gentle meditation. You’ll learn about the rich history and sacred significance of cacao, savor its grounding aroma and flavor, and drop into a space of presence and ease.
