Cacao gatherings don’t have to be long, intense, or overly serious. Not the way I hold them, anyway.

I love the deep inner work, but I’m just as devoted to creating spaces that feel relaxed, fun, and heart-forward—especially when we’re outside with the trees, the breeze, and the morning light.

Every time we drink cacao together, something opens. People soften, conversations flow, and community forms in the sweetest, most natural way. That’s the part I treasure most.

This will be my last in-person gathering in Newport for a few months, so if you’ve been wanting to come, I’d really love to share this morning with you.
