• Cacao Ceremony: Begin your journey with a heart-opening cacao ritual to set your intentions. • Movement Medicine: Flow through guided stretches and free-form dance, allowing your body to express itself and release energy. • Soundbath: Immerse yourself in a soothing soundscape, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace. • Reflection: Conclude with a sharing circle, fostering community and connection.

‼️ Please note that during the dance, everything is consent based!! This dance is for yourself and you do NOT have to dance with anyone if you don’t want to.

Bring a yoga mat, BIG water bottle, layers (for later during shivasana sound bath) & a MUG! No pets please!
