Cacao Ceremony: Begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a transformative ritual to set clear intentions and deepen your connection to self and one another. Feel the warm embrace of this ancient elixir as it guides you on a journey of love and unity.

Qigong: Flow into a state of bliss with a rejuvenating qigong session. Stretch and create flow in your body, preparing yourself for movement.

Movement Medicine: Dive into uninhibited self-expression through ecstatic dance! Let the rhythm guide you as we invite spontaneity and creativity to take flight—this is your space to move freely, explore your authentic self, and feel the exhilaration of being truly alive.

Sound Bath: As the dance comes to a close, we will settle into serenity with a soul-soothing sound bath. Allow the healing vibrations to wash over you, promoting relaxation and introspection, rounding out our beautiful event.
