If you are looking for nourishing sisterhood, join us for a lovely evening of cacao, meditation, sound & singing.

Four sisters are coming together to create a sacred space for all of us to connect deeper with ourselves, our community and spiritual practice.

We will begin the evening with cacao practitioner, Rudy. She will start us off with a grounding meditation to call in deeper presence for ourselves before sitting with the heart-opening medicine of cacao. After opening the circle with self-awareness, we will connect and meet each other in the group.

After greeting who is in our sacred container, Maddie Box will then guide us in a sound bath to support deeper relaxation and connection.

Via, of Water & Womb Healing, will continue this journey within by bringing our consciousness and loving awareness to our beautiful wombs. Moving towards our throat chakra, Via will help set up the energy for our sister, Megan, to bring us back to our beautiful bodies and voice.

Megan will lovingly guide us all in a singing circle, raising our vibration within and without.

This is a sacred container of connection, self-awareness, courage, vulnerability and liberation. We hope to meet you in this loving space, and we invite you afterwards for a clothing swap and potluck.
